1. SCOPE
These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on sculvix.com. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms in full.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of colours will be completely accurate. Product descriptions are provided in good faith.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are secured by SSL encryption.

4. ORDER CONFIRMATION
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of your order by Sculvix. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

5. DELIVERY
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Sculvix is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with UK and EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@sculvix.com within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

7. WARRANTIES
Our products are covered by a legal guarantee of conformity. If a product is defective or does not conform to its description, contact us at hello@sculvix.com within 7 days of delivery.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at hello@sculvix.com. We will make every effort to resolve the issue amicably. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
