FREE TRACKED SHIPPING
All Sculvix orders include free tracked shipping — no minimum order required.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, France, Italy, and Austria.

United Kingdom: 6–10 business days
Germany / Austria / Switzerland: 7–10 business days
Netherlands / Belgium: 7–10 business days
Spain / France / Italy: 8–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
All orders include full tracking. Use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to monitor your delivery status.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
For orders within the EU and UK, no additional customs fees apply. International orders (where applicable) may be subject to local customs duties — these are the responsibility of the customer.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
