Refund policy
At Sculvix, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@sculvix.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or colour, please return your original item and place a new order.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@sculvix.com with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
